About Us

Since 1993, we have been sourcing coffees from origin and roasting every batch by hand. By developing partnerships, we can be involved in every step of creating our great coffee experience. Our Session Coffees™ are roasted in a way that reveals the unique flavors of each origin while maintaining balance and sweetness.

We roast our award-winning coffees on a pair of vintage Probats in Milwaukee's Riverwest neighborhood. Stop by our Humboldt cafe, and watch our roasters work!
