Attention Human Resource Professionals and Business Owners:
Future Forward Green County in cooperation with the Chambers of Commerce throughout Green County are offering an innovative program to retain our relocated employees. We encourage the human resource professionals from the businesses throughout our community in Green County to send their new employees to an on-boarding event. The purpose is to help connect new relocated employees to our community and the citizens who live here.
New employees throughout Green County will be introduced to a variety of organizations in our county. It will take place on Thursday, September 19 at Monroe Clinic’s Café Conference Rooms which are located at 515 22nd Avenue in Monroe. We will have two sessions for them to choose which to send their employees to; the first session will be from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m., and the second session will be from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Organizations will be invited to set up a booth/display to promote their programs to the new employees. Examples of these groups will be:
